Patient Directions to Honolulu Eye Clinic

The Honolulu Eye Clinic  is located at 1329 Lusitana Street, Suite 806, Queens POB II, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. The Honolulu Eye Clinic is bordered by  Lusitana Street in front and the H1 Expressway on ramp in the rear. The main entrance to the Honolulu Eye Clinic is on Lusitana Street. Patient and visitor POB II parking structure on Lusitana Street adjacent to it on the Diamond Head side. 

Driving from the Ewa direction, H1 Koko Head bound (Eastbound), take the Punchbowl off ramp, cross Vineyard Boulevard. Turn right to the next light and make the U-turn to come back across Punchbowl to the Lusitana exit to the right to the Honolulu Eye Clinic on Lusitana.

Driving from the Koko Head direction, H1 Ewa bound (Westbound), take the Vineyard Boulevard off ramp, get in the left most lane to turn left. Turn left onto Punchbowl to get to the main entrance of the hospital or make a U-turn back onto Vineyard Boulevard, stay in your right lane to go up to Lusitana Street to get to the POB I or POB II parking lots.

If you are driving on Beretania Street, King Street or Kapiolani Boulevard, turn Mauka (towards the mountains) on Alapai Street. Lusitana Street is one block Mauka and parallel to Beretania Street. Turn left onto Lusitana to get to the POB I & II parking lots.

If you are driving on Queen Street or Ala Moana Boulevard, turn Mauka on South Street and head straight up. South Street changes to Alapai Street at the King Street intersection.

Bus

Bus transportation is nearby. Buses going Ewa (west) can be caught on the corner of Punchbowl and Beretania Streets. Buses going Diamond Head (east) can be caught on the corner of Punchbowl and South King Streets. For Bus schedules and routes, call 848-5555 or visit The Bus' website.
