Bryan Fitzgerald - Cataract Surgery

Dear. Dr. {Jeffrey} Wong,

I wanted to thank you again for your help with my cataract.  My only regret is that I did not come to you sooner.  You and your staff were so kind, knowledgeable, and professional that you put me at ease from our first phone call to our last appointment.  Each of you took the extra time to show me the care and concern that made the difference between being just another customer and being a genuinely cared for human being.  That's what used to be called old fashioned "bedside manner"; and you folks still really have it.  That was very important to me.

Beyond my appreciation of your warm aloha, I was astounded by both the speed of the treatment...and most importantly the results in restoring my vision.  I could hardly believe how quickly you and your staff set up the surgery, dealt with all of the insurance and other paperwork and got my vision fixed.  The surgery was so fast it seemed that it was over before it began.  I have many times waited in restaurants for service longer than it took you to actually do the procedure.  I still can't believe that the surgery caused me no pain whatsoever during, or since.

I could not be happier with the lens we selected...I could see perfectly on the ride home on the morning of the implant.  I have not stopped telling my friends that I consider this treatment a modern medical miracle.  I have told each of them that when the time comes that they begin to suffer in the blurry world of cataracts that they should visit you promptly so they too might enjoy the crisp sight of their youth again.
